- Learning Labs allow attendees to participate in an activity or demonstration.
- They occur in the exhibit hall during exhibition hours, are product-specific, and are not approved for continuing education credit.
- The course fee to present is $625 for a 1-hour session and includes items outlined below.
- Each course has a maximum of 40 participants.
- Participating companies must exhibit.
Learning Lab fee includes:
- Promotion on the show website, Facebook, X, and in 2026 Registration Guide
- Session signage with company logo
- Attendee registration
- Basic electricity to power audio visual equipment
- Room set-up
- Audio speakers, (1) wireless lavaliere microphone, (1) LCD projector (laptop not provided), (1) laser pointer, (1) flip chart and markers.
