1. All persons taking part in any way in the days events do so at their own risk.

2. Vehicles must be road worthy, have effective brakes and comply with all current road traffic legislation.
including but not limited to, a valid insurance policy for full 3rd party risks, a current MOT certificate (if
applicable) showing the correct number plate and be road taxed.

3. Drivers of vehicles taking part must be suitably qualified to drive on public roads the class of vehicle
being so driven and hold a valid and appropriate driving licence.

4. The organisers will accept no responsibility or liability in the event of an accident, however caused, nor for
any damage or loss to vehicles and any other property brought to the event.

5. Due to the increased cost of the Event we are asking for a £10 Donation, which will be collected on the
gate.
