How do I place an order?
All cinnamon roll orders are available through limited pre-sales. When a pre-sale opens, the ordering link will be posted in my Instagram bio and announced on my Instagram Stories.
Can I order anytime?
No. Cinnamon rolls are not available daily. They are offered during scheduled pre-sales only.
When is the next pre-sale?
Every pre-sale is announced first on my Instagram Stories. I do not have a fixed weekly schedule, so make sure to turn on post and story notifications.
How quickly do pre-sales sell out?
Very quickly! Most pre-sales sell out within minutes because quantities are limited.
Where do I find the ordering link?
The ordering link is always in my Instagram bio only while the pre-sale is open. Once the pre-sale sells out, the link is removed.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The exact pickup instructions and location are sent after your order is confirmed.
Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! Dulcini is currently an online boutique bakery operating through scheduled pre-sales and custom orders.
Do you ship?
At this time, no. Orders are available for local pickup only.
Do you deliver?
Delivery may be available for select large custom orders or events. Cinnamon roll pre-sales are pickup only unless otherwise announced.
Can I choose my flavors?
Yes! Available flavors will be listed during each pre-sale. Some flavors rotate seasonally, and others are limited-time only.
Why are some flavors no longer available?
I rotate flavors throughout the year to introduce new seasonal collections and keep the menu exciting.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order will always be listed on the current pre-sale (for example, 4 cinnamon rolls).
Can I reserve a box before the pre-sale?
Unfortunately, no. To keep things fair, all orders are first-come, first-served once the pre-sale opens.
I missed the pre-sale. Can you make an exception?
Unfortunately, no. Once a pre-sale is sold out, I cannot accept additional orders.
Do you take custom cinnamon roll orders?
Large custom orders for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, or special occasions may be available depending on my schedule. Please submit an inquiry in advance.
Do you make cakes?
Yes! Dulcini specializes in custom cakes inspired by Puerto Rican flavors and modern design. Cake inquiries can be submitted through the Cake Inquiry Form.
Do you make Puerto Rican pastries?
Yes! Dulcini also offers a variety of Puerto Rican pastries for custom orders and special events.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
As early as possible! Popular dates book quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
I sent a DM. When will I receive a reply?
I personally manage Dulcini while baking full-time. During pre-sales and pickup days, response times may be longer. I appreciate your patience!
Why didn’t you answer my message?
