CAKE ORDER FORM

• My name is Carlie! I am a home baker based in Thornton which is 25 minutes outside of Denver. I will send you the address the day before pick up.
• I do not offer delivery. But you can coordinate uber delivery. Just know that once the cake is out of my hands, it is not my liability. 
• Please only place an order if you are 100% certain of your flavors, fillings, colors, designs, etc. If you need any creative guidance, dm me before placing your order. Please do not send me an email or message with add ons for your cake. I need everything to be on the order form. 
• If you are ordering a gender reveal cake, please email me the gender at myfavoritebakerdenver@gmail.com. I need the gender before I can add you to my books or accept your order. If you have not had bloodwork done yet or haven't received the results, please wait to place your cake order until these steps are finished. 
• I kindly request that bookings are no further than 2 months out. For example, if you need a cake for June 1, the soonest you can place the order is April 1.
• The cake is not my liability once it is picked up. If it is dropped or damaged, etc, I cannot fix it. 
• I do not recommend transporting the cake in a car for over 2 hours. Especially in the summertime. The buttercream will soften quickly and can melt off of the cake. 
• All cake orders must be placed at least 1week (7 days) before desired pick up date. Anything less than 7 days, will have a $50 rush fee. 
• Cakes can be refrigerated up to 4 days after the pick up date.
• Your invoice must be paid within 2 days to secure your cake order.
• I will contact you the day before pick up to arrange a pick up time that will work for both of us and provide you with an address. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR YOUR PICK UP. I understand things happen, so if you are running late, please send me a message. I work two full time jobs and have a strict schedule that I plan around your pick up times. 
  If someone other than you is picking up the cake, I need to know and I need their name and phone number so I can coordinate pick up with them. 
• The flavors listed below are the only ones that I am offering at this time.
• After you fill out this order request, I will contact you as soon as possible with an invoice that will highlight details from your cake order.  Along with a payment link via email. Payment needs to be completed in full within 2 days of recieving the invoice before you are added to my books. If you are not ready to pay within 2 days of ordering, please wait to place your order. Please know that I work another full time job, so it may take a few days for me to get back to you with an invoice and payment link. 
• If the date is not available on my order form, that means I am fully booked.  
• I know that this is a lot of information, but I want to make this ordering process as smooth and easy for both of us! Thank you so much!

Pickup Times

Tuesday- Friday ONLY

*reminder that cakes are good in the refrigerator for up to 4 days after pick up*

If you need a cake for Saturday or Sunday, you can pick up the Friday before

Monday - Friday 8am - 1:30pm in Thornton

I will contact you the day before pick up to coordinate a pick up time for the following day.

The prices below are base prices and you can choose add-ons.

Any food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Although I will do my best to accommodate your dietary restrictions, all of my products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspection and may process common food allergens. Please be advised that baked goods may contain or come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, or other allergens.

Attach any inspritation photos, mood boards and/or photos for edible printing that you may have.

Please note I will not replicate work of other chefs. I will use my own personal style to create a cake you will love.
