• Cooking demonstration with tasty and easy-to-prepare recipes
• Resources and support for new healthy changes
• Food samples of the recipes prepared in class
Classes start Tuesday, September 3rd and run for 8 weeks. Please plan to be able to attend all 8 weeks.
