The Sisterhood Policy & Procedures:
1. Active Engagement: Attend at least 75% of the organization events, this includes the survivor sisterhood activities, quarterly meetups, happy hour social, game night, and so forth.
2. Inactivity Policy: Members who are inactive for a period of 3 month without prior notice or valid cause may be removed from the group in order to maintain an engaged and dynamic community.
3. Voluntary Departure and Return: Members are free to leave the group at any time, and they are welcome to return later if they departed in good standing with the community.
4. No Promotion: The Survivor Sisterhood is a space for support, connection, and sharing experiences related to survivorship. Therefore, promotional content is not allowed. Members are encouraged to use another designated group for promotion and accessing additional resources.
5. Respect and Empathy: All interactions within the sisterhood should be conducted with respect, empathy, and sensitivity towards fellow members. Disagreements are acceptable but should be handled with maturity and understanding.
6. Confidentiality: Members should respect the confidentiality of shared experiences within the sisterhood and refrain from sharing personal information or stories outside of the group without explicit permission. However this is not something that we can guaruntee, share at your own risk.
7. Supportive Environment: The Survivor Sisterhood aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for all members. Any behavior that undermines this environment, such as harassment, discrimination, or bullying, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the group.
8. Moderation and Enforcement: The engagement lead officer is responsible for enforcing these rules and maintaining the integrity of the community. They have the authority to take appropriate actions, including warning members, removing content, or banning individuals who creates disharmony.
9. Continuous Improvement: The Survivor Sisterhood welcomes feedback and suggestions from its members to continuously improve the community and ensure it meets the needs of our community. Members are encouraged to reach out to the sisterhood coordinator any concerns or ideas for improvement.
10. Enjoyment and Empowerment: Above all, the Survivor Sisterhood is a place for members to find support, empowerment, and connection on their survivorship journey. Members are encouraged to actively participate, share their stories, and uplift one another in a spirit of solidarity and sisterhood.
11. New Member Support: Support new members during their orientation into the survivor sisterhood.
12. Accountability:
