  • What Type Of Cleaning - Please note that only on a STR rental turnover restocking issues need to be addressed.
  • Anything Damaged?

  • PLEASE SEND PICTURES OF ALL DAMAGE (holes in walls, broken appliances, etc.) Also, if any towels are stained and the stains won't come out after bleaching, you may use them as cleaning rags. Are there any scuffs in paint or damage to baseboards? Anything you notice that doesn't look good to you.

  • Anything Left Behind By Guests?

  • Please notify me if guests left behind any personal belongings. Please check in all the cabinets and drawers.

  • Kitchen

  • Please check to ensure hot/cold water are working and that drains are draining properly.
  • If there is any food that appears to be left over from a guest, just throw it away. Please also fill up the water jug. Check the dishwasher to make sure there are no dishes left over.
  • Bathroom(s)

  • Please check to ensure hot/cold water are working and that drains are draining properly.
  • Miscellaneous Items

  • Please restock with body towels, hand towels, face towels, rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and a box of tissues.
  • Trash

  • When taking out the trash, please re-line all the trash containers (including small bathroom trash containers) with bags. The liners are located under the kitchen sink.
  • Sinks

  • Please check under all the sinks (kitchen and bathrooms) for any leaks. Just open up the cupboards and feel the bottoms of the cabinets. If they are wet, please notify me immediately.
  • Laundry Area

  • Please check that there is no laundry left in the washer or dryer from guests. Please empty the lint from the dryer. Please check to make sure there are at least 10 Tide Pods in the Tide container.
  • Lights

  • Please turn on all the lights and check for any burnt out bulbs. If any need replacing, please notify me.
