Sunrise Farm’s Working Peony Field Event Pricing and Guidelines
PRICING
♥ Two Hours (Any Time) - $400
♥ Half Day (10AM-4PM or 4PM-10PM) - $750
♥ Full Day (10AM-10PM) - $1,200
♥ Professional Photo Shoot - (Mon-Tues) $75/hr or (Wed-Sun) $100/hr
* Everything must be cleaned up and the field left vacant by the designated end time.
FLOWERS
Open PEONIES - $2.00/per stem (picked by Sunrise Farm staff)
Commercial-grade peonies can be purchased at an additional cost.
We also offer a variety of other cut flowers to embellish bouquets and arrangements. Other cut flowers are sold by the stem or bunch, based on variety.
We are always happy to work with your florist or help with flower arrangements if given notice upon booking your event.
RESERVATION & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit must be made to secure your reservation.
If your event needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, refunds are as follows:
-Full refund with 30 or more days notice prior to your event
-50% refund with 14 days notice prior to your event
Your credit card information will be securely held. If any damages are incurred, a fee of up to $1,200 will be charged to your card. If you leave the venue in good condition, no charge will be made.
SET-UP, TAKEDOWN, AND OVERTIME
Set-up and takedown time are part of your time request. Please schedule your time accordingly.
A fee of $150/hour can be charged if the venue is not cleaned and vacant by the end of your allotted time.
DECORATIONS AND FURNISHINGS
Sunrise Farm property should remain in the same condition as it was prior to your event. Any thrown items (i.e., flower petals) must be raked up and placed in waste bins afterwards. Sorry, no rice.
You may bring your own tables and chairs etc.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Please park in front of designated ‘Parking’ signs. Do NOT block the roadway or park on the highway.
FOOD & ALCOHOL
You may bring your own food and beverages, however, all garbage must be removed after your event.
FIELD
You may enjoy the entire peony field area during your event however, this is a working peony farm, please be respectful of all plants and PICKING FLOWERS IS
STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
CHILDREN
Please monitor your children at all times and help them respect our Farm Rules.
TOILET FACILITIES
There is one outhouse located across the driveway from the field.
PETS
Only dogs participating in your event are allowed. All dogs must be pre-approved by the property owners. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are NOT allowed near the peony plants. Dog waste must be picked up and removed after your event.
