Refund Policy

All Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

100% Refund of Players Fees (does not include administration fee) if notified in writing by May 1st (email is sufficient)

50% Refund of Players Fees (does not include administration fee) if notified in writing before May 15th (email is sufficient)

No refunds given after May 15th.

Any refunds requested due to an injury making the player unable to play or moving to another association, will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
