    Two representatives per booth are included with your booth fee. Any additional exhibitors at your booth will be an additional cost.

  • AGREEMENT

    The Toronto Halloween Show agrees to do our best to accommodate your request and preferred booth selection, however, please be aware this is not always possible and we do not guarantee that one of these choices will be available. We will try our best to meet your request.

  • NO PAYMENT IS DUE AT THIS TIME

    All applications will be reviewed in an effort to ensure a varied selection in items being showcased.

    Once you've been selected to exhibit at The Toronto Halloween Show, an email will be sent to you with details on how to make payment. You may be accepted immediately and in some cases it may take up to a week to hear back on your status.

    Please Note: upon acceptance, participants will be notified of set up information and ongoing show related correspondence.

    Acceptance to The Toronto Halloween Show will be based on information provided below. Please add photos and details of your items as well as your direct links to any social media. This information is used to promote your business on Facebook & Instagram so please make sure the description and photos you send are you want used to represent your business.

  • VENUE

    Location: Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place 

    Please bring along with you all supplies and materials you need to showcase and promote your business.

    WIFI: Is available in the Queen Elizabeth building.

    ATM: Available onsite

    Meals are not provided by the show organizer, however, there will be a food options available for purchase.

    Security

    The Queen Elizabeth Building has an alarm system and security cameras.

  • EVENT

    Each booth will have a booth number attached to it, please be sure to set up at your assigned location, please do not change your location. If there is a problem, speak with Sandy (The Organizer)

    PLEASE NOTE, there is no exclusivity and there may be more than one vendor selling the same type of product as you. The number of vendors exhibiting similar items is limited to allow for diversity.

    Show Hours

    Saturday September 27th - 11am-7pm

    Sunday September 28th - 11am - 6pm

    Move in & Set Up

    Friday September 26th (Evening) Timing TBD

    Tear Down & Move Out

    Sunday September 28th between 6pm - 10pm

  • VENDOR INSURANCE

    Vendor insurance must be purchased for this event and proof of insurance provided to the oragnizers of The Toronto Halloween Show before the event takes place. If proof of insurance is not provided, you will be removed from the vendor list and unable to attend this event. All fees paid will not be refunded.

  • MARKETING

    The Toronto Halloween Show is currently looking into the best ways to promote and market this event for 2025. Once marketing avenues have been determined, vendors will be notified and this section will be updated and ongoing.

  • PHOTOS & VIDEOS

    Please note that by participating in The Toronto Halloween Show, you are granting permission to the organizers of this event to use any interviews of you or photographs and/or video of you or your items taken during The Toronto Halloween Show to be used in publications, news releases, online, promotions, website etc.

  • FORCE MAJEURE

    The Toronto Halloween Show is not responsible for any occurrences outside our control such as: natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).

    If this event is cancelled due to an incident listed above or similar occurrance, the organizers of The Toronto Halloween Show will not be held responsible to reimburse fees already paid by exhibitors.

  • DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY; INDEMNITY

    Disclaimer - Bare Canvas Events/The Toronto Halloween Show and its governing body, team members and any agent of or other person affiliated with any of them nor any successor of any of the foregoing shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or to any property of the vendor/exhibitor resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, theft or vandalism. 

    The vendor/exhibitor hereby acknowledges that attendance at The Toronto Halloween Show hosted at Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place may expose them to certain risks of injury including, but not limited to, incidents involving other patrons
    who are injured from thrown or dropped objects, spills of food or beverages and the unruly behaviour of attendees.

    Indemnity by vendor/exhibitor - The vendor/exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Bare Canvas Events/The Toronto Halloween Show and its governing body,
    team members and any agent of or other person affiliated with any of them or a successor of any of the foregoing harmless from and against any liability, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses including legal fees arising out of any personal injury or property loss or damage occurring in or upon the Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place, the location of The Toronto Halloween Show.

  • REFUND POLICY

    No refunds are granted once payment is submitted unless this event is cancelled by the organizers of The Toronto Halloween Show. If the cancellation is due to measures out of our control, such as mandatory closures in the case of such instances as COVID 19 or similar then we will retain 75% of the paid exhibitor fee and the vendor will be issued a credit for the remaining 25% of the fee.

  • DETAILS

    The organizers of The Toronto Halloween Show reserve the right to select exhibitors based on professionalism, product quality & category. This is to ensure a fair balance of displayed items.

    Full payment must be made within 7 days of your approval & acceptance into this event unless a payment plan has been issued. Fees are not transferable to future events.

    The sharing of booths between multiple businesses is not permitted. Each business/company must purchase their own booth space to showcase their products.

    Your application must list all items you intend to sell. Please do not extensively deviate from this list without notice & approval by the organizers as exhibitors are chosen to showcase a variety of items.

    The organizers of The Toronto Halloween Show reserve the right to remove ANY vendor from this event that is causing fights, inappropriate arguments/conversations, slander, racism, etc.. without refunding fees paid. Please act appropriately & professionally when exhibiting at The Toronto Halloween Show.

  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
