Deer Park Summer Camp Registration Form 2025

The Deer Park Booster Club will once again be sponsoring a number of sports camps to our community members this summer. All of our camps will be directed by the varsity coaches from each individual sport assisted by other coaches and players from their respective programs. Please note that all staff directing the camps are acting independently, not in their school district roles, and do not represent the school district in any capacity during the summer sports camps. The majority of the money raised will go into the fundraising accounts of the Booster Club and each individual sport for future use for our teams.

All Summer Camps are $125.00 per week.

Each camp is for one week only.

Transportation and meals are not included.

Please confirm that the camper fits the required grade requirements for each chosen camp as of the

Sept. 2025 - June 2026 school year.

All requests for a refund will be refunded the balance less our $25.00 camp registration fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONCE CAMP IS IN SESSION.
