Note what space current tool is in
measure length of tool as reference
Blow out Collet Nut (hit channel)
Blow out Collet
Blow out Tool Holder Taper
Oil Tool Holder Taper and Threads (NOT INSIDE COLLET)
Set tool to length measured at start
Use Torque wrench on low setting arrow up to tighten tool
Measure tool from Mating Surface, Fill "Manual Length" box
Place tool in place as defined in table
Fill "Tool Position" Box

Activate "PROB" Part program
Start Twice
Close Door (If door does not close, check blocking on table, close manually)
Input desired tool to change
TRIPLE CHECK DROP OFF SPOT IS EMPTY
Input "1" for measuring length
Input "Measured Length" (Positive Length)
Input "0" for offset UNLESS VERY LARGE TOOL
Watch for first stop (About 6" above probe)
Press Start
WATCH FOR SECOND PAUSE 1CM ABOVE PROBE
Record Length in "Probed Length" field
Press Start three times and begin again

Update length
Delete Record for Tool
Add Edited Tool
Record Correct Pitagora Position In Table Below
Confirm "Pitagora Position" = "Tool Position"

Hit "OK" to exit Tool table
Open "Choose Configuration" Menu (Wrench/Screwdriver)
Confirm Correct Configuration is Selected
Hit Ok Configuration Menu

Confirm Tool Table Length = Tool Library Length For All Changed Tools
