The Know Your Local Pharmacy Campaign aims raise awareness of the services provided by our town centre pharmacies helping to reduce wait times for GP practices.
We are now welcoming applications from Pharmacies trading from commercial properties located within the town centre boundaries of Armagh City, Banbridge, Craigavon, Dromore, Lurgan and Portadown.
This is a FREE opportunity for eligible Pharmacies.
NB: For Pharmarcies with multi locations, only one location will be visited / recorded.
As part of this campaign UrbanABC will be capturing creative videography and photography content and creating an extensive digital marketing campaign to promote Know Your Local Pharmacy.
In addition, this amazing FREE opportunity also includes:
- An invitation to join the launch photocall profiling of all participating businesses on UrbanABC social media platforms throughout an extensive campaign.
- 1 video/photography session for all participating Pharmacies.
- Editing of short video (90 seconds max) to be profiled on UrbanABC platforms*
- Sharing of videos via UrbanABC social channels using the Instagram 'collaborate' function.
- Photos for your respective social media channels* (which must be shared extensively to ensure success of the campaign)
- 1 blog post that will be hosted on the UrbanABC website* and promoted via social media.
*The roll out of videos and blogs will be over a number of weeks
You will be informed what week your video/content will be made live and businesses must participate in the sharing of the posts to ensure the success of this campaign.
The production of this campaign will be offered free of charge to eligible businesses, offering a fantastic FREE PR opportunity. Props and models are not included in this campaign.
Businesses must provide one model for incorporating into the video – this may be a staff member.
Scope of the video
If your business is selected, Urban ABC will send a videographer to your premises for approximately 90 minutes to capture footage including cut away footage of your business.
It is essential that the business owner/s or someone within the business is present and that you review any documentation sent to you prior to the shoot
A representative from your business will be asked to be interviewed on camera.
- Eligibility Criteria and Terms
You must be a Pharmacy located within a commercial property based within one of the six urban centres of Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon, Dromore, Lurgan or Portadown (within town centre boundary).
- You must have created a profile on the UrbanABC website prior to any videography commencing. Please see link https://urbanabc.com/registration/ .
- All participating businesses must give a commitment to share all relevant Know Your Local Pharmacy Campaign digital content on their respective social media platforms, including the sharing and use of the video and photography that UrbanABC creates for their business.
- Businesses will be required to complete media release forms for each person from your business. These forms will be provided for you and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your filming and photography session.
- You must have availability on the dates specified below. If selected you will be contacted by a member of the UrbanABC Team to schedule a filming/photography slot.
- UrbanABC will have final say over the final edits of the videos and photographs and will have full copyright to all footage and photography.
- Content can be shared from the UrbanABC social media plartforms.
- No final videos / footage or photography will be supplied to participating businesses.
- Applications will not be accepted after the closing date of Wednesday 3rd July at 3pm
- A representative from each business must be willing to attend the photocall launch. Date to be confirmed.

- Fair recruitment process for Urban videos: In order to create a fair and transparent recruitment exercise the following will be used to choose the successful applicants based on the whole
application.
- Applicants will be assessed on their ability to meet Eligibility Criteria and Terms shown on the application, based on the information they submit within the application form. Failure to provide sufficient information will lead to exclusion from this wonderful FREE PR opportunity.
- Preference will be given to applications who have confirmed they meet all of the Eligibility Criteria and Terms shown on the application including:
