Before submitting this form, preview this season's exhibitions by reviewing the 2024–2025 Booking Catalogue.

TREX Region 2 (Central/Northeast) will accept booking requests until all exhibition slots have been filled.

Requests are processed in the order that they are received, so we recommend submitting early. You will receive an automated email after submitting this form confirming your requests. After that, we will email you a Loan Guidelines Form which you will need to sign and send back.

Each venue may book up to 2 exhibitions in the upcoming season (Sep 2024 - Aug 2025). There is a booking fee of $75.00 + gst for each exhibition booking. Invoices are issued at the start of each period.

Below are the exhibitions available for the 2024 – 2025 season. Please click the exhibition(s) your venue would like to host and select the period(s) you would like to schedule. Once you submit the form, your selection will be saved and you will recieve an automated confirmation email.

*Note: Once venues submit their requests, those periods will be removed from availability. If you are unable to select a certain period, that exhibition booking period is no longer available. If you submit and receive an error message, the exhibition you selected has been booked moments before you. Please refresh the booking page and re-submit with a new exhibition booking period selection.

Each Venue is eligible to host up to two exhibitions per tour season.

After June 10th, 2024 if there are more exhibition booking slots left, another form will become available and you will have the opportunity to book additional exhibitions at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

A Visiting Artist Program is available in conjunction with select exhibitions. This could be an artist talk or a hands-on workshop to further connect audiences to the exhibition. This program is included in the exhibition booking fee and therefore no extra cost to venues. While we strive to accommodate all requests for visiting artists, we cannot guarantee a visit to your venue.
