  • Before submitting this form, preview this season's exhibitions by reviewing the 2025–2026 Booking Catalogue.

    A few notes on how to book:

    • List the exhibitions you would like to recieve in ranked order.
    • List the booking periods you prefer in ranked order.
    • After filling out the form you will receive an automated email confirming your prefrences.
    • The TREX manager will reach out with an Exhibition Loan Contract. It must be signed and returned.
    • Booking requests will be accepted until all exhibition slots have been filled.
    • There will be an initial booking week that will run from May 16 - May 23, 2025. The TREX manager will compile the tour schedule from the requested bookings after the initial booking week.
    • Each venue will be awarded up to two exhibitions in the upcoming season (Sep 2025 - Aug 2026).
    • There is a booking fee of $75.00 + gst for each exhibition booking.

        • Visiting Artist Program

        • A Visiting Artist Program is available in conjunction with the exhibition Between the Lines. This consist of an artist talk and hands-on workshop. This program is included in the exhibition booking fee and therefore no extra cost to venues. While we strive to accommodate all requests for visiting artists, we cannot guarantee an artist visit to your venue.

        • Booking Fees above are NOT due on submission. An invoice will be sent to your venue after exhibition loan contracts have been signed.
