    3. Active Dispute Management: Once a profile is selected, our Assistants engage in the "attack area" where they initiate and manage disputes. As part of the client's team, they handle the complexities of disputing incorrect or unfair entries on the credit report. 
    4. Customized Dispute Letters: The Assistants create and send targeted dispute letters tailored to the specific issues identified:

    Attack Options:

    • Aggressive Attack: Opt for our most vigorous approach by selecting everything in the green boxes. This option typically requires more printing resources and incurs higher costs but aims for quick results.
    • Hybrid Attack: A more cost-effective strategy that generates fewer letters but is designed to achieve the same impactful results. Ideal for balancing efficacy and resource use.
      Special Considerations:

    Bankruptcy Cases: If your client has a bankruptcy on their file, please specify this so we can tailor our attack to include specific actions for bankruptcy disputes.

    Special Requests: Use the box at the bottom of the form to add any special requests or additional instructions. If there are no special requests, please enter "N/A" to comply with submission requirements.

    Quality of Service:

    We generate dispute letters based on the standards provided by the third-party software. We are not liable for discrepancies between your expectations and the output of the software. Our responsibility is limited to the capabilities of the software we operate.
    Special Requests:

    To accommodate any special requests in the dispute process, please specify them in the designated section of our form. Failure to specify requests will result in standard processing without customization.

    Fees and Charges:

    The service cost for a specific client will be a flat rate of $25.

    Recurring Process:

    Every 30 days, you will be reminded to renew your process. Continuation requires the completion and submission of our form for each cycle.
