You must pay by PayPal when submitting this online entry form.
The competition will be held at the Kasich Hall. No outside chairs will be allowed into the competition venue. Seating is bleacher style only, no outside chairs permitted.
Participants to age of 21 as of July 28, 2024 from any state may enter. This is a non-sanctioned contest. ALL organizations are welcome!
Changes to your entry will not be permitted after the entry deadline, July 1, 2024.

· A participation ticket for Fair admission will be sent upon receiving entry form and fee (no refunds). Tickets will be sent only for performers and directors. One youth ticket per participant and one accompanying adult ticket will be provided. One ticket per director will be provided.
· Participants are limited to one appearance per age group category (a contestant may not compete against themselves). Violation of this rule will result in disqualification of the group.
· Individual Age Divisions: 0-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-21
· Individual Awards - 1st Trophy, 2nd & 3rd Medallions.
· Duet/Pairs Age Divisions:Juvenile (combined ages 20 and under), Junior (combined ages 21-26), Senior (combined ages 27-42)
· Three Baton Age Divisions: Junior (ages 0-12) Senior (ages 13-21)
· Any age event may be COMBINED if less than three (3) are entered in the event.
· Miss Ohio State Fair Baton Queen. This consists of three (3) events: best appearing, fancy strut, and solo. Solo time limit is 2:00-2:30.
· A Beginner contestant is one who has won five (5) Novice first place awards in the event entered. An Intermediate contestant is one who has won five (5) Beginner first place awards in the event entered. An Advanced contestant is one who has won eight (8) Intermediate first place awards in the event entered. For example, once you have won five first places from any organization in Beginner solo you are restricted to Intermediate competition only in that event.
· A twirl-off of first place winners in the Advanced Solo Twirling divisions will be held. Winner will receive the Ohio State Fair Grand Champion Trophy.
· Fire batons are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.
