We have to ask... do your dog(s) typically have solid or loose stool? This will help us to know the level of cleaning needed each week and so we can let you know if we see anything out of the norm for health monitoring purposes.

PLEASE READ: For recurring services, due to our routing schedule, your designated weekly service day depends on which area we are servicing. Example: If we service Onawa on Mondays and you are located in Moorhead, your service day will be Tuesdays. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate if you need a different, specific day or time to work around landscapers, gardeners, etc. as we have a similar routing structure and since we provide services weekly, rain or shine. We will let you know your service day based on your location when we send you your initial quote. We do not have set appointment times as we are always adding new clients to our routes however, you will receive a text message from us each time we are on our way to service your yard. We hope you understand!

DOGS IN THE YARD: For the safety of us and your dogs, all dogs must be inside while we provide our services. If we have been introduced to the dog(s) and they are friendly, we do not mind if they are in the yard. The customer understands that if on the scheduled day of service, if dogs are left in the yard while you are not home and we have NOT met the dogs, Wagging Tails Waste Removal cannot provide services and your service will then be skipped and charges will still apply.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD: The Customer understands that on the scheduled day of service, if Wagging Tails Waste Removal can not access the area needing cleaning, due to locked or blocked gates or dogs in the yard; your service will be skipped and charges will still apply.

WEATHER: Wagging Tails Waste Removal will work through the rain as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands that if there is extreme weather or flooding, Wagging Tails Waste Removal will postpone service until the weather has cleared up. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the dog poop that would have been scooped the week prior. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it based on our schedule. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried up.
