Please upload a digital photo. This photo will be used to create your Millsaps Campus ID. Your Millsaps ID Card will be used to identify you as a student and indicates that you are entitled to the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of that role.

Digital Photo Specifications
- Photo must be easily viewed, in focus, and recognizable.
- Image must be a color photo containing a clear, front view of the full face against a solid coloured background.
- Photo must be a portrait, in focus, of only you.
- Photo should be a recent picture taken within the past year.
- Hats, beanies, sunglasses may not be worn in the photo.
- Eyes must be open and looking directly ahead.
- Head coverings worn for religious or medical reasons can be worn, but must not cover/obstruct view of the face.
- The image file size must be under 4 MB.
- The image must be a JPG or JPEG.
Photos will be rejected if:
- There is no contrast (e.g. white shirt on a white background).
- You are wearing unapproved head wear (e.g. hat, sunglasses, hood).
- Face is not clearly visible or is partially covered.
- Photo is low resolution.
- It appears to be photoshopped, altered, or AI generated.
- If the photo does not resemble your Government Issued Photo ID.
