By signing this form, we hereby release the Beauregard Watermelon Festival, Beauregard Parish Fairground Association, the Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce, STOCK PRODUCERS, CONTRACT HELP OR ANY PERSON affiliated with the BWF Mutton Bustin', AND the ANY SPONSORS OF the Beauregard Watermelon Festival from any and all liability that the contestant may incur while participating in this event. Check in will begin at 6:15. Please arrive no later than 6:45. $20 Registration Fee should be sent via PayPal to stephbeauchamber@gmail.com. Please include contestants name.
