I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in yoga classes, workshops, and other activities offered by Yoga with Chelsie, which may take place outdoors in natural settings.
I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in physical activities such as yoga. These risks may be increased by various factors including, but not limited to, the participant’s physical condition, the natural environment, the presence of other participants, and the use of substances that can impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time.
I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in yoga classes offered by Yoga with Chelsie. I will refrain from participating if I am under the influence of any substance that may impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.
I hereby release Yoga with Chelsie, its instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Yoga with Chelsie, whether or not caused by the negligence of Yoga with Chelsie or its affiliates.
I understand and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being while participating in yoga classes offered by Yoga with Chelsie, and I will not hold Yoga with Chelsie liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my own actions or decisions.
I have read the above waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
