It has been eight years since the Pine Grove Association and the Canton Juneteenth Committee hosted its first Juneteenth Celebration in Canton, MS. This year we plan to continue this tradition on Thursday, June 19, 2025 – Saturday, June 21, 2025, in honor of 160 years of freedom. The awareness, education, and celebration of this endeavor is not possible without supporters like you.  We hope you can assist us this year with a sponsorship.

 Our Juneteenth events will include a Youth Fun Day, 5K run/walk, vendor fair, expungement clinic, forums, and other activities promoting health, wellness, freedom and hope. All events will take place in Canton. The focus this year is on bringing hope to the community.  You can find information about our event at www.cantonjuneteenth.com.

 Your tax-deductible contribution will help ensure the success and continuance of this community celebration. The Pine Grove Association is a tax-exempt organization. Its Employee Identification Number is 64-0810734. 

 Proceeds from the event will benefit the Pine Grove Association's effort to build the multi-use facility, called the H.O.P.E. Center in Canton. The Pine Grove Association continues to help youth, the elderly, and working adults through various programs. Our website, www.pinegroveassoc.org, gives more details about our work.  Our officially timed 5K Run/Walk travels through some of Canton’s Historic neighborhoods. Youth, individuals, and teams are encouraged to organize teams and participate.
