Vendor Application Instructions:

Please complete all fields in this application.

 Vendor Fees:

- $188 for a 6x6 space
- $288 for a 10x10 space
- $388 for a 12x12 space
- $388 Food & Beverage space

 Additional Fees:

- There is a $100 prime location fee for all vendors.

To secure your spot, you must select the booth size you're interested in and pay the application fee. After you submit this form and are selected as a vendor, we will send you a Square invoice for the remaining balance. Your space is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full.

Please note that we do not hold spaces or accept partial payments.

Vendor Agreement – Moonvibez Music Fest 2025

This agreement confirms your participation as an official vendor at the Moonvibez Music Fest on [Dates of Festival] in Brooklyn, NY. The event will take place at a disclosed location, and vendors will be notified of the exact details closer to the event date.

 Vendor Requirements:
Each small business vendor is required to bring their own vending table and chairs. You are welcome to bring additional displays and stands, but if you need to bring an additional table, you must inform the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as creative as possible with their displays to enhance the customer experience. Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited. Please specify your electrical needs at the bottom of this agreement.

Vendors are responsible for their own products and liabilities. Keep your display within your allotted space, and notify us if you need extra space in advance.

 Event Schedule:
- Vendor Setup Access: Vendors may access the event space at 8AM, four hours before the event begins.
- Event Conclusion: The event concludes at 10pm, and vendors have until 12am to complete their breakdown.

 Payment & Fees:
 Vendor spaces are priced as follows:
- 6x6 space: $188
- 10x10 space: $288
- 12x12 space: $388
- Food & Beverage space: $388

 Additional Fees:

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of a festival cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Vendor Location:
Vendor locations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Rest assured, all vending spaces have equal visibility, and there are no unfavorable spots. Early arrival is recommended for the best placement.

Promotion:
As a registered vendor, you are entitled to use the Moonvibez Music Fest name, likeness, and promotional materials. Vendors may submit promotional items (coupons, business cards, flyers, etc.) to be included in the complimentary goodie bags given to attendees.
