Terms and Conditions
• NTTJ is an outdoor event held regardless of weather conditions. Most booths will be under covered tents and all vendor booths will be located outside. Trailers may be allowed. Standard Vendor Space is 10x10 and you are encouraged to bring your own popup tent (no tents will be provided).
• Event Management reserves the right to decline a vendor’s application if they deem their product or service not suitable for the event or if there are numerous vendors previously confirmed to sell that same product or service.
• Vendor fee secures your spot and shall be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
• Payment must be received within 10 days of being invoiced in order to be confirmed for selection and lock out your competition.
• TWO entry tickets are included with booth fee. You may purchase additional entry tickets online or day of the event. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Vendors are required to provide their own tables and are responsible for setup and cleanup of their booth space. Vendors will retain all profits from their booths. Donations to Cloud 9 Charities will be greatly appreciated.
• No early breakdown will be allowed and will disqualify you from future events and you may be assessed an additional fee.
• Food Vendors must have all applicable food permits, licenses and insurance. Event is limiting the number of food trucks that can participate to four (4) unique food experiences.
• All participating vendors shall strictly adhere to hours of operation for move-in and move-out. We reserve the right to change dates, hours or location. Booth placement is at the sole discretion of Event Management.
• Vendor shall conform to all statutes, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations and directions issued by any authorized authority of the federal, state or city government, including but not limited to, rules and regulations issued by the facility housing the festival.
• Event Management reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any vendor or vendor representative, performing any act or practice, which in the opinion of Event Management is objectionable or detracts from the purpose/objective of the festival.
• If accepted, vendors will receive an acceptance packet via email prior to the event. Vendors can check in day of the event and the packet will contain any applicable parking passes, maps, booth assignments and general information.
• Property brought onto the premises by any vendor is at the vendor's sole risk and shall be removed from the premises during designated move-out times. Event Management shall have the right to remove from the premises any remaining effects left after designated move-out time at vendor's cost, if applicable.
• Vendor retains liability and assumes all risks of loss and/or damages on site or in connection with transportation, display, and storage of merchandise at the North Texas Tribute Jam.
• The displaying and or carrying of firearms are strictly prohibited except for uniformed officers of the local Police Department.
Agreement of Liability Waiver
I hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold harmless for any and all purpose the North Texas Tribute Jam, Cloud 9 Charities, its board members / officers and volunteers, and The City of Lewisville, Texas, its officers, employees, successors, assigns, sponsors and volunteers {collectively "the City") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, personal injury including death, or property damage that may be sustained by me while participating in the North Texas Tribute Jam, including injuries or damages sustained as a result of the negligence of the City.
Venue
The Parties agree that if legal action is brought under this contract, exclusive venue shall lie in the Courts of Denton County, Texas, and its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the Parties hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Contract Agreement 2025
I have read the Terms and Conditions regarding the North Texas Tribute Jam. By paying the vendor or sponsor fee, I have agreed to the conditions and terms of this contract. I understand payment must be received within 10 days of receiving Vendor Acceptance email to secure spot and spots are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to offer another like vendor your booth spot if Vendor Fee remains unpaid after 10 days from invoice date.
It is understood and agreed by applicant that this entire document constitutes a contract between Vendor and the North Texas Tribute Jam only when Event Management confirms this agreement. Confirmations will be emailed. Acceptance of money by the North Texas Tribute Jam is not binding if fee is returned before acceptance and confirmation of this contract.
Verbal agreements or promises made verbally and not specifically stated and confirmed in writing, as part of this Contract, shall not be binding.
