By signing up for a volunteer opportunity with Tao Group Hospitality and Tao Cares, you hereby agree to all of the following terms and conditions. You acknowledge that participants in the event will be engaging in physical activities. You hereby confirm that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to engage in such activities. You understand that, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate and if you sign up to participate, you hereby confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Photographs and/or video recordings may be made at the event for documentation, promotion and/or marketing purposes. You hereby grant to Tao Group Hospitality and its sponsors, and their successors and assigns all right, permission and license to photograph, videotape and/or otherwise record your participation in the event and to display, reproduce, webcast and publish such photographs and recordings in any manner or media, including on the world wide web and social media, for any and all purposes related to Tao Group Hospitality and/or Tao Cares services.
