Appointment Confirmation Needed - Wait for owner approval. This option is ideal for owner or tenant-occupied properties. The Realtor® will request a Day and Time to tour the property. The owner will receive a notification with all the agent's contact information. The owner can accept, deny, or suggest a different time. The owner can also contact the Realtor® directly.Go and Show (this is ideal when the property is vacant (on lockbox) - the Realtor® requests a day and time for the showing and it will be approved automatically and display the owneer's access information and instructions. The owner will receive all information as well (date, time and all agent's contact information).
