Culinary Trip to Israel

2024 Participant Information
Upcoming Mission Dates:
• September 22-29, 2024
• Please note: this trip must have a minimum of 20 participants by July 19, 2024 or is subject to cancellation

Mission Pricing:
• $5,100 per person double occupancy
• $450 non-refundable deposit per person is mandatory to secure your registrant and $4,650 is due 65 days prior to departure
• Cancelations on or before July 19, 2024 will be eligible for refund less the $450 deposit.
• Cancelations after July 19, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
• Payment is made to Shorashim Zelle at 773-600-5067

What's Included:
• Accommodations
• Group transportation to and from the airport (if arriving and departing on the start date and end date of the trip)
• Tour Guide
• Armed Security/first aid
• Daily transportation to sites
• All meals

Not Included:
• Flights (We do recommend booking with El Al directly).
• Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. If you would like assistance booking your flights, we recommend using our preferred travel provider Traveland. Traveland will charge a $40 booking fee per international ticket. Contact Diane Proto, Traveland Group Department at Diane@traveland.net or (203) 814-3552.
•Ticket costs are subject to availability. We are aware that available flights are extremely limited due to increased interest in travel to Israel. We encourage you to connect with Traveland and/or book your ticket as soon as possible.
• Travel and Flight insurance (We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive trip insurance to protect yourself in the event you need to cancel your participation on the trip, due to a covered reason, if there are not enough participants signed up, or if you have airline issues)
• Pre and post tour extensions
• To upgrade to a single room is $770

Passport
• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your final day of travel. Please check your passport well in advance of the trip.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Security
• Our group travels with a guard/first aid. Should the security needs change while we are there, we will alter our itinerary accordingly.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but it can be difficult to accommodate a vegan or gluten-free diet in Israeli hotels; you may need to supplement hotel meals with food that you have purchased.

Insurance Information

Please note that it does not cover preexisting conditions (which include most psychological conditions) and does not cover you while you are in flight.
