Supervision:
All participants must be under adult supervision at all times during program activities. Staff-to-participant ratios will be maintained according to safety guidelines, ensuring adequate supervision and attention to individual needs.
Emergency Procedures:
Participants will be informed of emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and contact information for emergency services. Staff members are trained in first aid and CPR, with emergency response kits readily available.
Behavioral Expectations:
Respectful behavior towards peers, staff, and property is expected at all times.
Bullying, harassment, or any form of violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Health and Wellness:
Participants must be in good physical health to engage in program activities.
Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed to staff, and necessary accommodations will be made.
Transportation Safety:
If transportation is provided, participants must follow safety rules while boarding, riding, and exiting vehicles. Seat belts or appropriate safety restraints must be used at all times.
Outdoor Activities:
Participants engaging in outdoor activities must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for safety and weather conditions. Sunscreen, hats, and hydration will be provided and encouraged during outdoor sessions.
Equipment and Facility Usage:
Participants are responsible for using equipment and facilities properly and safely.
Any damages or safety concerns must be reported immediately to staff.
Inclusion and Diversity:
The program fosters an inclusive and diverse environment, respecting each participant's background, beliefs, and identities. Discrimination or intolerance of any kind will not be tolerated.
Communication:
Open communication between participants, parents/guardians, and staff is encouraged for addressing concerns, feedback, and updates.
Regular updates and notifications regarding program activities, schedules, and safety information will be provided to all stakeholders.
Parent/Guardian Involvement:
Parents/guardians are encouraged to actively participate in program activities, volunteer opportunities, and parent meetings. Parent/guardian contact information must be kept up-to-date for emergency purposes.
