    You will carefully read the description of these 4 Levels, then Score Yourself with the Number that best represents where you are with each Skill Set, and which Level you belong to.

    The act of calling public attention and interest to one's product or service via paid announcements

    You have never invested in advertising and in truth it scares you and is something you have never even considered. You look at Paid Advertising as an expense and truly have no clue as to the value of paid media. You are ultimately ignorant to anything outside of belly to belly conversation and referral marketing.

    You have finally begun to study the art and science of Paid Advertising and can see the light for the first time. You have tested several hundred dollars in Paid Media and have seen little to no results but although you’re aware of the power of this move for your business and bank account you have seen little to no results.

    You have crossed the abyss and have not only become an active implementor of Paid Media with your business’s but you have also seen the ROI on your investment.     You see the value in your clients and the fulfillment experience and have come to recognize that a shitty back end is not acceptable.     You have finally submitted to the fact that you're lost and need help. You've reached out to an accountant for guidance and help and have started down the path with a book keeper to start organizing the chaos that is your accounting. You're a long way from clarity but feel good that you have actually started doing something.


    [7-9] ACCOUNTING LEVEL 3: ACTIVE
    You love the accounting & numbers of your business and even though you may not have a brain that was born with this passion naturally, you have learned to love it. You get clear weekly KPI reports and could pull up your financials for the business and your personal life at any time with no problem knowing they are up to date. Your accounting game is on point but not to the point where you can run projections and leverage the numbers to impact your future production.

    Of or relating to law and order and the organization of the corporate entities, legal contracts/agreements of the business and protection.

    I am a Sole Proprietor and have no legal corporation established and have no idea why I should do such a thing at all. I have no contracts or agreements for my business and at the end of the day, do most of my deals with a simple hand shake and trust people with their word. I am ignorant to the impact of legal on my business and my life and this has come back to bite me on the ass many times.


    [4-6] LEGAL LEVEL 2: AWAKE
    I finally see the need to have legal council but I still don’t. There is not someone I could call if shit went sideways in business and I was being sued. I have some make shift contracts and agreements I made on some legal website and believe they are better then nothing, but also know they are about as solid as a house of cards in a hurricane. I finally got incorporated but have no idea how this actually supports me and although I feel I’m moving forward I still feel totally lost.

    I have legal representation in every angle of my personal and business life and recognize the absolute necessity of having representation that I can trust. I have solid contracts and agreements in place to protect me and my business but recognize that the quality of the advice I am getting must level up and even though everything appears in place I am still nervous and feel exposed.

    My lawyers and legal council are a crucial part of my executive teams and I take the legal side of business very fucking serious. I invest time, energy and money every month into improving the systems of protection for the business and myself and actively engage in lawsuits to protect what I have built from thieves and cross check business plans with my legals teams to assure the the future growth of the business is solid and sound.

You know you should care, but truly it has been years since you have even tried to do anything. Your stuck and you know it.

    You pay you taxes and may be a little behind paying your taxes some years, but you get it done. You have a fear of the government when it comes to taxes and though you pay your taxes you have absolutely no tax strategy what so ever and your current advisors are more like “Rear View Mirror” bean counters that truly add no value to your tax game at all outside of telling you how much you OWE every year.


    [7-9] TAXES LEVEL 3: ACTIVE
    You are on top of your taxes and play a straight game with the government. You have a good team of tax advisors that know the game of taxes and are able to get you some write offs and deductions that you would otherwise never know about. You're not scared of the government anymore but you definitely feel there is a game in the world of taxes that you’re clueless to and have no idea what to do about it and find yourself worried about an audit every year.


    [10-12] TAXES LEVEL 4: ACCELERATED
    You dominate the game of taxation and look at the government as your partner not the enemy. You have a dominating legal and accounting team that guides you through the legal strategies of tax planning, strategy and execution. You're unafraid to get audited and know that you play by a different set of rules then 99% of the country when it comes to taxes and are on the path to eventually creating a TAX FREE lifestyle personally.

    You have a small hand full of key team members that you have invested in well financially and have trained over time.
