*First-Time University: For institutions who are traveling with us for the first time. This discount can only be used by an institution once.
**Multi-Tour: Applies only to tours within the same season (i.e. either spring, or fall), and cannot be combined across the two seasons.

NOTE: Signing up for tours prior to discount deadline as noted above qualifies for discount pricing as indicated.
Tour discounts cannot be combined and will be applied to the full tour price. Tour discounts are not valid on add-on packages, Hop-Ons, or High School Circuits.

Tours

Our trademark full-length recruitment tours are known for their meticulous planning from start to finish. With a carefully structured itinerary, you'll have the opportunity to meet school leaders, counselors, and students during the tour. 

In addition, we offer add-on options that allow you to tailor the tour to your specific student recruitment needs, ensuring that you have the best possible experience.

2026 Spring & Fall Tour Inclusions

Tour Participation

Marketing & Data add-on

• Pre-tour marketing to high schools
• University profile in student handout
• Wrap-up report & student data
• Inclusion in post-tour marketing to schools

*Creation of the student handout is contingent upon a minimum of (5) universities participating in the Marketing & Data Add-On.

Travel add-on

• Airport arrival and departure transfers in the first and last city
• Group arrival transfers in each city within the tour
• Economy class inter-city air travel

Accommodation add-on

• Single occupancy hotel accommodations with basic internet service and breakfast

Hop-Ons

• 2-3 high school visits per day
• Booth/table at high school visits
• Local transportation between school visits
• Add-ons may be available on request

High School Circuits

• 2-3 high school visits per day
• Booth/table at high school visits
• Local transportation between school visits

VALUE Tours

• VALUE tours will have a higher capacity for university participants, and will not offer the Marketing & Data add-on option.
