Celebrating early career professional women who are high-performing future leaders. They represent the future of the industry, driving change and are identified as thought leaders. This award recognizes a woman who is in the early stages of her career and is poised for continued success.

Criteria and considerations:

Impact: Evidence of a positive impact on their organization, community, or industry.
Empowerment of Others: Demonstrated commitment to fostering the growth and development of others, particularly women. This can involve mentorship, advocacy, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
Professional Development: A commitment to continuous learning and improvement through active participation in relevant industry associations, conferences, seminars, or networking events, showcasing their commitment to professional growth.
