This award celebrates a male leader who is making a determined effort to elevate others and champions women in travel-related industries.

Criteria:

He demonstrates a significant and positive impact on the careers of emerging female professionals in the business travel industry. Look for evidence of tangible results and positive outcomes that the mentor or coach's guidance has led to. This could include improved skills, achievements, career advancements, personal growth, or any other measurable benefits for their mentees.
He nurtures growth and career development by helping female mentees identify their strengths and areas for improvement and guides them on how to make the necessary changes.
Acts as a champion to elevate women into new roles or to lead company efforts and initiatives supporting women in the workplace.
Consider the length of time the mentor or coach has been providing guidance and support. Longevity and consistency in their mentoring/coaching activities can demonstrate their dedication to helping others over the long term.
