The DEI Leadership Award acknowledges and celebrates a female leader who has demonstrated exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the business travel community with clear positive impacts in areas as a result of these efforts.

Criteria and tangible results in the following.

She is raising awareness about challenges and opportunities related to DEI in the business travel community and working to raise awareness departmentally and institutionally.She works to increase opportunities for women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, and individuals with disabilities to be a part of the business travel community.
She advocates for DEI practices, helping to develop appropriate DEI practices, resources, and tools, and mentoring colleagues seeking to contribute to DEI efforts.
She has demonstrated leadership in advancing DEI efforts. This could include leading or participating in DEI-related committees, task forces, or affinity groups, and using her influence to encourage others to take action.
