People who often post information on social media, organise events or participate in social movements — they can influence their surroundings, so it is important that they understand how to analyse and share information properly.
By increasing media literacy, participants will be able to develop these skills in the future.
Format: training course includes practical workshops, open discussions, meetings with experts, using non-formal education methods
Project objectives:
- to find out about the basics of media literacy,
- to explain to participants how to recognise unverified sources, manipulations and fakes in the media;
- to develop critical thinking and provide participants with tools for critical assessment of information and the ability to distinguish facts from opinions;
- to explore the principles of fact-checking, using reliable sources and methods of information verification;
- to engage participants in discussions, interactive tasks and practical exercises for active learning. We are looking forward to your applications and ask you not to use AI to fill in the motivational part, be open and sincere, it is much more meaningful for us to get to know the real you :)
