The space is 10’ x 10’. Two (2) chairs will be provided. Vendors must bring tables, tents and anything needed to setup the booth area. There is electricity, please let us know if you will be using it.

*All Vendors are asked to choose a country (not America) and provide a bite size appetizer, main dish, or dessert for approximately 200 attendees. No two vendors will have the exact same dish, you must let the Chamber know what dish you want to bring ahead of time. Vendor must provide any extra items such as spoons, bowls, cups, etc. Beverages will be provided, no beverage at your booth, please.

Each attendee will receive a bag, plate, silverware, and a PASSPORT.

MEMBERS ONLY...The PASSPORT - $25 to purchase a sponsorship space on the PASSPORT. 

Vendors may bring a door prize; minimum value $25.

I (we) have read, understand and will abide by the rules of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) as defined herein.  I (we) attest that the information provided on this application form is true and correct and I (we) absolve and hold harmless the Chamber and/or any individual(s) associated with these entities from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or claims of loss and/or damages arising out of, or in connection with Polk County Chamber of Commerce’s Cook-Off event aka “The Business Bitez Expo.”  I (we) also understand that I (we) are responsible for all our business and/or personal items that are brought to the Expo.
