GCA Athletic Fees 2024-2025

Please sign up by the July 1st deadline.
Please select below which sports your student will be playing and how you will pay for their athletic fees.

We offer two options for athletic fee payment:

1. Pay in full immediately

2. Roll it into your tuition payments.

Athletic Fees:

$450 - First sport
$350 - Second sport
$150 - Third sport

Please note that the deadline for signing up for Athletics is July 1st, 2024.

The deadline is in place to assist us in making schedules, hiring coaches and purchasing equipment.

Adding Sports:

If a sport is added after the deadline, it must be paid in full plus a $50 add fee.

Withdrawing Sports:

To withdraw from a sport, a schedule change form must be submitted online before the change can be effective. Coaches have no authority to withdraw a student from a sport. There will be a $50 fee for each schedule change submitted.

-If the withdrawal is made prior to the season start date, 100% of the athletic fees will be refunded, less the $50 change fee.
-If the withdrawal is made during the first two weeks after the season start date, 50% of the athletic fees cost will be refunded if paid in full. Or, if athletic fees have not been paid, 50% of the fees will be owed, plus the $50 change fee.
-If the withdrawal is made two weeks after the season start date, no refunds will be given if paid in advance and the $50 change fee will be added. Or, if full payment has not been made, the athletic fees will still be collected and the $50 change fee will be added.
