NATIONAL NIGHT OUT - EXHIBITORS AGREEMENT
We are thrilled your organization is joining us for National Night Out! In order to have a successful and safe event, we are asking that each organization review the following items and indicate below that you understand what is to be expected as a participating exhibitor of National Night Out - Stafford Marketplace:
- Each participating exhibitor will promote the mission statement and this year's Stafford National Night Out theme. This is a family-fun and child-friendly event. National NightOut promotes law enforcement and community partnerships that embody the National Association of Town Watch(NATW).
- Each participating exhibitor will be in place before 4:00pm. You must have an official placard to enter the area. Only one vehicle per vendor may enter to set up. NO VEHICLES will be allowed in the area after 4:00pm.
- Each participating exhibitor will remain in their designated space and will NOT be able to "swap spots" unless directed by event staff. We request that you refrain from walking outside the designated area to solicit or pass out literature.
- Each participating exhibitor will not sell anything for profit but may make appointments, hand out coupons, etc.
- Each participating exhibitor will clean up their designated space at the completion of the event.
- Each participating exhibitor will not begin breakdown until 8:00pm, unless weather forces an early end to the event. No vehicles will be allowed into the event area until the event comes to a close.
The National Night Out organizers are not responsible for any items that are set up early or left behind after the completion of the event.
The National Night Out event is organized independently by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, which holds the right to excuse any vendor from the event and/or future events that do not adhere to or fit the criteria or the above outline agreement and mission statement.
