To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to craft your custom travel package, we kindly request a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 to initiate the setup of your file and commence the in-depth research required for your unique itinerary. When the booking is finalized we will apply the retainer to reduce the balance due as per our Terms & Conditions. Please note the retainer fee is non-refundable. Please find attached our invoice detailing the retainer fee and the available payment methods. Once the retainer fee is received, we will promptly commence the research and planning phase of your custom travel package.
