Thank you for taking interest in being featured on our show! While we do take every single applicant into serious consideration for our Podcast, not every act/person can be choosen (even though we try!)

Please take the time to fill out this form so that we may better become familiarized with your music, which will help us determine if you or your band will be a good fit for our show.

Our show's recording time slots are Saturdays with an arrival time of 12:30 pm and a departure time of no later than 3 pm.

The recording consists of a 15 minute Facebook / YouTube live, with an introduciton to our guest and a performance of a single song and promotional segment of musical guest.

Then another 45 minutes of songs and discussion.  We typically aim to get in 4-5 songs per show.

Sunday afternoons are also available on a case by case basis, for anytime after 2 pm.

Also, we encourage our artists to perform original songs, however, you are able to perform covers on our show provided that they do not sample the original recorded song and have a unique enough twist to make it sound like your own rather than a replication of the original song.

Cover songs may be muted in our posted recordings, which is outside of our control.  We will do our best to dispute every muting, but it will be up to the record label to release these mute holds. It may also occur that the recording may be removed all together. We want to be able to offer our musicians the ability to cover songs, but posting unoriginal content does put our channel at risk of termination, so let us know if you plan on performing certain covers.

We require performing artists who are currently signed to a record label and/or are performing songs that a recording label owns the rights to, provide us with a written release, provided by the record label, providing us with permission to broadcast their songs. This helps protect us and the artist.

It is important that we protect Chris Guerra Broadcasting from any and all potential legal infringements.  This includes, slander, vulgar langaue, inappropriate dicussions that reference sexual nature, racist remarks, hateful speech or anything we may deem not fit for our production.  Any and all content recorded will be cut form our production, and we may reserve the right to withhold from posting the episode all together. 

In no way do we at Chris Guerra Broadcasting advocate such behavior, and instead, insist on encouraging a positive spotlight on creating music and the process behind creating music.  

Our show is aimed towards youth, young adults, and music enthusists alike.  In order to cater to this demographic, we must refrain from the mentioned above when possible.

We are NOT regulated by FCC, but this does not mean that we're free from legal repercussions. 

Also, by agreeing to these terms, you are providing Chris Guerra Broadcasting with permission to use your content that is recorded in our studio for our own marketing and monetary purposes.  

While we do make attempts to provide the artist with the recording digital files from the show for their own marketing, it is not guarenteed to be provided.

By agreeing to have your performance streamed live, we must follow strict guidelines enacted by the streaming platforms.  These include;

• no vulgar langauge
• no inappropriate gestures
• no nudity of any kind
• no gang signs
• no hate speeches
• no Stairway to Heaven
• no Freebird

Any consequences suffered by an artist who violate any of the terms listed here or by the streaming platform (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, ect) will fall on the artist themselves. Chris Guerra Broadcasting assumes no responsibility.  Artist who do violate these terms may be asked to leave the studio and their show's recording can be terminated.
