  • The CLRA Alberta Chapter is excited to host the 15th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Innisfail Golf Club on August 7, 2024. 

    We are pleased to announce that funds raised from this tournament will be donated to Western Sky Land Trust.

    Sponsorship is available on a first-come, first-serve basis via time-stamped arrival of a completed Sponsorship & Registration Form and signed Waiver Form submitted after registration opens.

    Registration opens at 9:00 AM on June 4, 2024.

    To secure a sponsorship opportunity and/or to register a team please complete the Sponsorship & Registration Form and subsequent Waiver Form for each team and/or sponsor. Successful teams and sponsors will be notified once the selection process has been completed.

    Forms must be completed in full to secure your team and/or sponsorship. As per previous years, sponsors will have an opportunity to purchase one golf team in addition to their sponsorship. Eligible sponsors are asked to submit a first, second, and third choice for their desired sponsorship opportunity and the CLRA Charity Golf Tournament Committee will do its best to match sponsors with the closest available opportunities.

    Please note that due to high demand, registration is limited to one team per company. Should the tournament not sell out, watch for notifications with information about how companies can sign up additional teams.

    Consumables* are an additional cost above and beyond the cost of sponsorship, and must be arranged/provided as follows:

    Food, Drink and Gatorade/Vitamin Water Holes* - Food and drinks MUST be provided by the golf course. Sponsors must call and arrange a payment account with the course prior to the tournament.

    Water Bottles and Candy Hole* - Are provided by the sponsor and brought to the course. Logo water bottles are encouraged.

    Water Guns* – Can be arranged independently or through the Golf Tournament Committee. Logo'd water guns are encouraged.

    Golf Carts and Cup Inserts* - Sponsors must pre-order and arrange delivery and installation of the cart stickers and cup inserts. Golf cart signage must be arranged with Fairway Signs.

    Note: The golf shirt size selected at registration will be the size received regardless of player substitutions. (Shirt is a short sleeve golf shirt)

  • Payment Information

  • Upon sponsorship assignment, an invoice will be sent to the primary contact indicated above. Sponsorship is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date otherwise your sponsorship will be forfeited. Please send cheques to CLRA, 4447 99 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T6E 5B6 and phone (780) 437-0044 to pay by credit card.

    Cancellations of sponsorships or playing teams/individuals will not be refunded within 30 days of the tournament.

    Players will have their names published on the CLRA website and agree to have photographs taken during the tournament.

    All Teams & Sponsors will be required to sign a waiver form (click next to sign).

  • Waiver Form

  • All participants (including sponsors) must acknowledge the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your team.

  • Damages

    • Participants are responsible for their own actions and will indemnify the Innisfail Golf Club and the Canadian Land Reclamation Association from all losses, damages and claims which it suffers or incurs as a result of any act or omission by these participants.
    • The Innisfail Golf Club will not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered by any participant unless such loss or injury is caused by negligence or wrongful acts of The Innisfail Golf Club or its employees.
    • Participants will be responsible for any damages to power carts, the golf course, the clubhouse or any fixed property of the Innisfail Golf Club. Any lost or negligent damage to the carts will be charged to the participant responsible.

  • Photography Release

  • Photographs or video of myself, my group, company, or company logo may be taken during my participation in the Canadian Land Reclamation Association Golf Tournament. By signing below, I agree that these photos may be used for advertising, promotions and social media posts about the Canadian Land Reclamation Association.

  • Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

  • All sponsors must review and acknowledge all of the additional Terms & Conditions outlined by signing and submitting your sponsorship and registration, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

  • Set-Up

    • Sponsor will have their supplies to the Innisfail Golf Course by 7:30 am for hole set up on the day of the tournament.
    • Sponsor will pay any set up fees as required by the Innisfail Golf Course.

  • Food & Beverage

    • No Alcoholic Beverages are to be brought onto the golf course.
    • Any approved food items, namely for the candy sponsor hole, must be provided in original manufacturers packaging.
    • Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated.
    • All Food and Beverage must be supplied by Innisfail Golf Club with the exception of cakes for special occasions. Due to the health standards, food is not allowed to be taken out of the facility.
    • It is the policy of the Innisfail Golf Club to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner at all times.
    • All prices are subject to change. Costs can be confirmed no more than (3) months prior to the function; provided all details are finalized before new prices are in effect.
    • The Innisfail Golf Club pro‐shop, clubhouse and tournament house are all non‐smoking facilities.
    • Bar payment options include Cash Bar ‐ Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Host Bar
      All food and beverage service is subject to a 15% gratuity charge and 5% GST.
    • All sponsored food and/or drink needs to be approved by the Innisfail Golf Club Food & Beverage Manager and all Pro Serve requirements and deposits in place before any items are brought onto the premises

  • Sponsorship & Signage

  • The Innisfail Golf Club is not responsible for any misplaced or damaged signs unless through an act of negligence by an employee. Please have all signage picked up within FORTY‐EIGHT (48) HOURS after your event.

  • Damages

    • The Hole Sponsor is responsible for the actions of its Volunteers and will indemnify the Innisfail Golf Club and the Canadian Land Reclamation Association from all losses, damages and claims which it suffers or incurs as a result of any act or omission of these participants.
    • The Innisfail Golf Club will not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered by any participant/volunteer unless such loss or injury is caused by negligence or wrongful acts of The Innisfail Golf Club or its employees.
    • The Hole Sponsor is responsible for any damages to power carts, the golf course, the clubhouse or any fixed property of the Innisfail Golf Club. Any lost or negligent damage to the carts will be charged to the Hole Sponsor.

  • Waiver of Claims

  • In registering to Sponsor the Canadian Land Reclamation Association Golf Tournament, I agree TO WAIVE, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE CANADIAN LAND RECLAMATION ASSOCIATION AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against The Canadian Land Reclamation Association and its Directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and independent contractors (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Releasees”).
