Fall 2026 International Student Arrival Form (fill out AFTER visa approval and confirmed travel plans)
Please note the International Student Orientation Session will take place on Friday, August 21, from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. in Massman 250. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Please bring your laptop, I-20, I-94, passport/visa, a copy of your vaccination records in English, and your current permanent U.S. address in PDF format. Additional arrival information will be emailed to you soon. Official on-campus move-in day is Wednesday, August 19, unless you are a student-athlete. Student-athletes should check with their coach regarding their required arrival date for practice. REMINDER: All new international students, including transfer students, are required to attend orientation. Failure to attend may result in issues maintaining your F-1 visa status. The regulations reviewed during orientation are extremely important, especially as the current administration continues to make changes to SEVP regulations and immigration policies.
