    We ask all applicants to provide three references with their application. Ideally:

    -one former employer

    -one academic reference (a teacher or student who knows you well)

    -one character reference (ideally a colleague, not a family member)

    These references will be contacted after your first-round interveiw before a conditional offer is made. 

  • VERIFICATIONS AND CHECKS

     

    Please be aware that we verify all post-secondary education and employment history. In addition, we conduct background checks for US applicants through Clear Check and Checkr for international applicants before a final offer of employment is made. This background check will confirm:

    Social Security Number (SSN) trace
    Addresses, Names, & DOB verification
    National database criminal records search
    National sex offender search
    Global, US, & state watchlists

    Driving history and driving convictions including DUI convictions

    You will be given full details of the background check and an opportunity to give consent before the check is conducted after your first-round interview.
