TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The premises subject to this Agreement is the Child Care Training Room located at 1710 N 24TH Street, Milwaukee, WI 53205, collectively referred to as the "Premises." The Premises are equipped with Child-sized Furniture and Toys, Art Supplies, First Aid Kits, Role-playing Materials, Bulletin Boards, Learning Charts and Loft Play Area intended for child care training sessions.

Term of Rental: This Agreement is for a term beginning onand ending on due upon signing this Agreement.

Use of Premises: The Renter agrees to use the Premises for Child Care Training and shall not use the Premises for any other purposes without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Renter shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Capacity: The maximum number of persons allowed on the Premises at any time is thirty.

Setup and Cleanup: The Renter is responsible for the setup and cleanup of the Premises. The Premises must be returned to the same condition as at the start of the rental period.

Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages that occur during their use of the Premises and agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of damaged property.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

Liability: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs that may arise during or as a result of the rental period, except for those resulting from the Owner's negligence.

Insurance: The Renter shall provide professional proof of liability insurance covering any accidents, injuries, or damage to the property during the rental period.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 4-Hour Minimum Rental for each day. If you would like to rent the space for more than 1 day increase the quantity by the number of days would like to book the space for.

Ex. I would like to rent the Child Care Training Room for 3 days, so the Quantity of the 4-Hour Rooom Rental/Day should be 3.

Also, the additional hours have a similar note. If you would like to rent the space for 2 hours additional for 3 days. Increase the Additional Hour(s) quantity to 6.
