  • Virtual State 4-H Presentation Event - Youth Presenter Registration

Registration Deadline: APRIL 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM (PDT)
  • THIS REGISTRATION IS ONLY FOR VIRTUAL STATE PRESENTATIONS.

IF YOU ARE PRESENTING IN-PERSON, REGISTER HERE.

    Instructions
After qualifying at a Regional 4-H Presentation Event, youth may register to present at State 4-H Presentations either virtually, during a 2-hour time block offered between May 4-8, 2025, or in-person on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the UC Davis campus.

All time blocks are first-come, first-served.

Submit this form once per presentation, not once per individual. Please complete this registration as early as possible, and select the earliest time slot that works for you.

For group presentations, please have the oldest team member register as the lead presenter.

To ensure an appropriate evaluator-to-presenter ratio, we are modifying our presenter registration process. Presenter registration will be contingent on the number of evaluators already registered. Starting on March 11th, and continuing every Tuesday through April 22nd, at 6:00 PM, we will release presenter slots for youth participants based on the number of evaluators we have registered. Registration for presenter slots will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations will be closed on Monday, April 28, 2025.

    Eligibility
Any 4-H member (9 years old and above) who has been awarded a gold or blue medal at their Regional Presentation Event may compete with the same presentation (and the same presenters) for which the medal was awarded. A team presentation must contain the same people who qualified (for example, a 2 member team demonstration must be presented as a 2 member team demonstration). Note that for Share the 4-H Fun Skits, fewer members may be present but you cannot add new members.

4-H members may give only one qualified presentation at State 4-H Presentations along with one qualified Share the 4-H Fun Skit.

You may only register for one Presentation: if you received gold or blue in more than one presentation you must chose only one to enter at the State Presentation Event.

    Registration Fee: $10

For more information visit the State 4-H Presentation Day Website

    Please send questions to 4hsfd@ucanr.edu.
