In the event of an injury, Adams Central Flag Football League is NOT responsible for any medical charges that may occur. We understand that we (the parents) are responsible for all costs incurred due to any injury. We also give permission for the coach in charge to determine when our son/daughter should be taken for emergency medical treatment in the absence of the parent/guardian.
