There are no membership fees.

Student Tuition is $100/quarter (3 months) for student members payable in advance.

Tuition will be waived after the student has been active in parades and maintains appropriate activity in parades.

In addition to the tuition, student members are expected to participate in parades by assisting in the honor guard.
The above member understands that he/she is a student member (probationary) until he/she is a “playing” member of the band; requirements for a playing member are specified by instructors (a member may be granted “full membership” by participating in the honor guard). At any time during the probationary period, the Executive Committee of Rory O’Moore School of Pipes and Drums may for any reason revoke the probationary membership. After the successful probationary period is over, the above is granted full membership in Rory O’Moore School of Pipes and Drums. The “Rules and Regulations” of Rory O’Moore School of Pipes and Drums will be given to each member by the Recording Secretary. Every member (student or playing) will be expected to understand and follow these rules and by-laws as well as any subsequent rules or by-laws introduced to the Organization.
