DIS Tuition Remission (Not a Benefit) Application
Thai Manager, Director* and Expatriate Employees are encouraged to apply Tuition Remission for their children who are enrolled in DIS. They are the first priority of the Tuition Remission Program.
One full-time qualified teacher or administrator is eligible for 85% tuition remission for one or two kids. One qualified couple is eligible for 100% tuition remission for two kids, or 85% tuition remission for up to four kids.
Missionary Volunteers and Core Shareholders
Given that DIS has been established and supported by missionaries and funded by shareholders, Tuition Remission is also extended to full-time missionary volunteers and core shareholders of DIS. A missionary volunteer helping full-time in DIS gets the same tuition remission for one’s children as an expatriate teacher. For a core shareholder, every 10M Thai Baht investment earns 50% middle & high school tuition remission for one kid.
Other Tuition Remission
DIS would also consider granting tuition remission on a case-by-case basis for other situations.
*All fee remission percentage is calculated on full tuition and entrance fee price. School uniforms, lunches and other incidental costs are not considered fees.
The child must be able to meet the minimum requirements for acceptance into DIS. DIS will not pay any fees or tuition for employees to pursue other educational options for their children.
