    • NBHA PA03 (Apr, May, Jun, Sep)
    • WPRA First Frontier Circuit - Open 4D for all shows
    • IBRA PA East for all shows
    • Thoroughbred Incentive Program - Jr & Non-Junior High Point Barrel Awards for all shows
      • Thoroughbred Incentive Program is by horse
      • To be eligible for TIP High Point Barrel Award, you must provide the horse's TIP Number

    • $60 each added to Youth, Middles, Masters Barrels
    • $50 added to Open 3D Poles
    • $20 added to Peewee Barrels
      • If no Peewee entries, $5 will be added to each Youth Barrels, Middles Barrels, Masters Barrels, Open Poles

    If you pre-enter and do not check in with the show office by the posting of the draw at the show, your entry will be scratched. If you check in after the draw has been posted, you will be an add-in at the end of the draw.

  • ENTRIES - You may enter up to 2 horses on this form. 

    Cash entries for 75% cash payback - no checks!  $10 office/timer fee per rider

    Divisions:

    • Open 4D Barrels (open to all riders regardless of age)
    • Pee Wee 3D Barrels (10 & under not running in any other class)
    • Youth 3D Barrels (ages 18 & under as of January 1st)
    • Middles 3D Barrels (ages 19 to 49 as of January 1st)
    • Masters 3D Barrels (ages 50+ as of January 1st)
    • Open 3D Pole Bending (open to all riders regardless of age)

    Helmets required for riders under 18

     

    Exhibitions:

    • $5 per run at the office the day of the show
    • 7:15 AM to 8:30 AM in competition arena for barrels, limit 50 runs
    • 30 minutes after last barrel class for poles, limit 25 runs

  • Year End Nominations - $30 per horse & rider for each division to qualify for awards

    If you have already nominated, please skip.  Nominations must be submitted no later than 4th show to be eligible for year end awards. Points start accumulating after fee is paid at your first show in your first class. Must show 3 shows to be eligible for awards.

  • Waiver

    All riders must sign a waiver annually. A signed waiver must be on file before mounting your horse on the show grounds.

  • About the The Farm, Home, & Youth Foundation of Montgomery County

    The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that owns and operates the Farm, Home, & Youth Complex (formerly known as the Montgomery County 4-H Center) in Collegeville, PA. The Foundation donates use of the facilities to the numerous county 4-H clubs that are based in Montgomery County. This includes animal science clubs like livestock, beekeeping, seeing eye puppy club, and poultry as well as horse science clubs, and community clubs like sewing and crafting. Proceeds from public events that are hosted by the Foundation go directly to the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds. We are a private non-profit and do not receive any government funding or funding from Penn State/4-H.
