Terms of Conditions and Release of Liability:
I understand I am participating in a Retreat/event/training offered at a private property by Real Time Wisdom, LLC dba CIFT, Nourish Your Soul Retreats and Free Flowing Health.
I understand that all questions about the event, the nature of the event, payment procedures, travel information and any other matters arising must be directed to sevante@ciftofficial.com or lisa@freeflowinghealth.com
I understand I must have medical and travel insurance and by accepting Terms and Conditions I am affirmatively stating I have necessary coverage.
I understand I may be participating in physical activity such as swimming, yoga, walking, kayaking, cycling and I recognize that these activities require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat.
I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions (including mental health) that would prevent my full participation.
I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take the necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any travel and any or all activities done at the Retreat, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided at CIFT, Real Time Wisdom, LLC and Free Flowing Health and Sea Me Paddle.
I, the traveler, declare and state that it is my personal decision to travel.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Lainie Sevante Wulkan, CIFT, Real Time Wisdom, Nourish Your Soul Retreats, Free Flowing Health, any and all Retreat Hosts, facilitators and/or LLC, and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lainie Sevante Wulkan, CIFT, Real Time Wisdom LLC, Free Flowing Health or Sea Me Paddle for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
I give permission to Lainie Sevante Wulkan and Nourish Your Soul Retreats and Lisa Brown of Free Flowing Health to photograph and video me and use such photograph(s) and video(s) in all forms of media, in perpetuity, worldwide. I consent to the use of my name in connection with the photograph(s) and video(s).
I understand that I will not receive any payment for my time or expenses or any royalty for the publication of photograph(s) or video(s) or the use of my name and I hereby release Real Time Wisdom, LLC or any parties including any contractors designated by the Company from any such claims.
I acknowledge that all payments made to Lainie Sevante Wulkan and/or Real Time Wisdom, LLC are non-refundable and I understand insurance is strongly recommended in order to protect my investment.
I understand this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of purchasing travel to receive the "cancel for any reason" benefit. If I choose not to purchase travel insurance from Global Rescue I will option to purchase a comparable cancel for any reason insurance policy of my choice to protect my investment. I understand that if I am to participate in Kayak activities, I will sign a separate waiver at the retreat from SEA ME PADDLE Company.
I understand that chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel my ticket and will be contested. I also understand that a default of payment on my purchase is not an acceptable.
