UPGRADED REGISTRATION

30 minute photoshoot with Director Darya Golubina in artists studio, to document artwork process and artist workspace. 10 images included. Shoot to be scheduled and completed before July event, on Saturday, Sunday or Monday and available to Beacon residents only. If you are unable to pay the registration fee but would like to participate, please reach out. There are options! We've allotted some space for locals (Beacon only), who are unable to pay for any reason and we are happy to assist you. We will also gladly trade for volunteer hours as our team is entirely volunteer and we always need help.

LOCATIONS/STUDIOS

BOS is working with Main Street shop owners to secure a list of show locations for its participants who do not have studios, or do not wish to open their space to the public.

If you do not have an accesible, studio location in Beacon or you do not wish to open your studio and need a place to show for the weekend, please note: NEED LOCATION, in the location address field below.

All BOS Participating artists are entitled to have ONE piece of work included in the group show at HUDSON BEACH GLASS GALLERY.

* Group show participation is not mandatory.
Hudson Beach Glass Group Show information

Gallery is located on the 2nd floor at 162 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508.
- The group show will open July 13 and close August 4.
- Group show artwork drop off will be July 7, 11am-6pm. Work will be installed on July 8.
- If your work sells during the show, you will keep 60% of the listed price. Hudson Beach Glass will coordinate the payment at the end of the show.
- If your work does not sell, pick up is August 5, between 11am-5pm,
- If listed drop off and pick up dates do not work for you, please email socialmgrbos@gmail.com to coordinate a different time.
- Due to limited space please keep work no larger than 20x24".
- All work must be for sale.
- Artwork must be ready to hang.
- Participation in the group show is not required.
