    Setup: Specific set-up times will be given depending on your placement. As the event approaches, you will be provided additional information for check- in, parking and other logistics.

    Vending: Start 9 am - End - 4:00pm TEAR DOWN: After 4:00 PM. Early tear down is not allowed. Any vendor who violates this policy may not be accepted in future years.

    Concession or Food Vendor (Commercial Food Vendors)

    All food or concession vendors must provide a menu. 

    All concession or food vendors must submit all menu request at time for application for approval. Some food items are limited and will be approved at the sole discretion of Gainesville indoor flea market.

     

  • Please provide a list of items you would like to sell. Some items are limited and must be approved by Gainesville Indoor Flea Market Organization at time of approval.

I/We understand the Gainesville Indoor Flea Market, Inc. is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost articles during the flea market . I/We agree to abide by the rules as set forth in this application and understand that a failure to abide by these rules may result in our expulsion from the flea market . No refunds. No exceptions!

    The Gainesville Indoor Flea Market Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any exhibit based on application submitted. All decisions are FINAL. We also reserve the right to refuse space to any exhibitor who does not comply with these rules. Any exhibitor not complying with rules and/or conducts themselves in an unprofessional manner with be asked to leave the grounds.
